ABC COVID-19 Response
Should public health measures and/or health-related states of emergency be put in place by provincial or local government in the future, ABC will activate its Communicable Disease Prevention Policy and Communicable Disease Rapid Response Plan.

Classes in our College program are offered in-person. Students have the option to participate virtually through video conference when they are unwell.
Classes in our PACE program are offered in a hybrid format with students having the option to participate in-person or virtually through video conference. A limited number of classes are offered in an online-only format.
Events like Community Praying of the Psalms, chapel, community lunches, and PACE snack are being hosted in person.
Prior to coming to campus or participating in an in-person ABC event happening off-campus, pre-screen yourself for symptoms of communicable/respiratory illnesses like COVID-19, influenza, and RSV including:
- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of Breath
- Runny nose
- Sore throat
- Chills
- Painful swallowing
- Nasal congestion
- Feeling unwell/fatigued
- Nausea/vomiting/diarrhea
- Unexplained loss of appetite
- Loss of sense of taste or smell
- Muscle/joint aches
- Headache
- Conjunctivitis (commonly known as pink eye)
ABC recommends that its community members follow provincial health recommendations related to respiratory illnesses. Visit the Government of Alberta website for isolation recommendations.
